End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Techsara Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”), governing your use of the QuickBooks-Salesforce Invoice Integration (“App”).

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Techsara Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use the App to integrate Salesforce with QuickBooks Online
  • Create and manage invoices through the App
  • Sync customer and payment data between systems
  • Send invoice reminders to your customers

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Use the App to violate the rights of any third party
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, designs, graphics, and content, is the property of Techsara Solutions. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Techsara Solutions.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Salesforce and QuickBooks accounts
  • Ensuring authorized use of the App by your team members
  • Accuracy of data entered into and synced through the App
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership to your data. Techsara Solutions does not claim ownership of any customer data, invoice information, or payment data processed through the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Salesforce and QuickBooks Online, both of which are third-party services with their own terms of service and privacy policies. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techsara Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Techsara Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

12. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
